Simple, transparent rates
All rentals are paid in advance. A full refund is available with one week's notice. Emergency cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please read the full agreement below, then sign electronically at the end to confirm your booking.
Full day for weddings, reunions, church services, and all-day events.
Day 1 Includes: 8 hrs from start to finish. This includes decorating time. Any additional hrs would be at a rate of $25.00 per hr. Day 2: Additional days may be booked at an additional $125.00 per day. Example: 1 day @ $150, 2nd day @ $125.00 — Total = $275.00.

No. The stage area in the Main Center is not included in the standard rental. It can be added to your booking upon request and approval for an additional fee.
No. Sound equipment and musical instruments are not included in the standard rental. They are available upon request and approval for an additional fee.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. Outside smoking is permitted at least 15 feet from the building and away from all door entrances. All cigarette butts must be picked up and properly disposed of by the Renter and their guests.
No. All alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. Anyone suspected of possessing or using alcohol or illegal substances will be required to leave immediately, and law enforcement will be contacted.
Available spaces include the Main Center, Kitchen (additional fee), and Outside Grounds (additional fee). Each can be reserved based on your event needs.
Yes. The Renter is fully liable for any and all damages to the property, furnishings, or equipment caused by the Renter or their guests during the rental period.
The standard rental includes the Main Center, tables, white folding chairs, and restrooms. Please note that while the standard rental does not include use of the kitchen, you may request access to the kitchen for warming food and to water for setup and cleanup; full kitchen use for guest catering requires the kitchen rental add-on. Padded chairs, sound equipment, and stage use are also available for an additional fee.
No. True Word Ministries is a Christian-based ministry, and we do not host events that include secular bands or dancing. Christian bands and music are welcomed. All entertainment and activities must align with our faith-based values. We reserve the right to decline any request that is not compatible with our statement of faith or ministry standards.

To ensure that each event aligns with our ministry's core values and the purpose of our facility, we reserve the right to decline rental requests when an event's nature, activities, or requirements are not compatible with our statement of faith or facility policies. This allows us to maintain a welcoming, peaceful environment for all who gather here.

Venue Rental Agreement
True Word Ministries · dba We Care Community Center · 500 N. Jackson Ave., Quitman, MS 39355
This agreement is between True Word Ministries, dba We Care Community Center, 500 N. Jackson Ave., Quitman, MS (the Landlord) and the Renter as identified at the time of booking.
The Renter agrees to rent property at 500 N. Jackson Avenue, Quitman, MS 39355. Available spaces include the Main Center, Kitchen (additional fee), and Outside Grounds (additional fee). The stage area in the Main Center is not included in the rental unless specifically requested and approved for an additional fee. Sound equipment and musical instruments are not included unless requested and approved for an additional fee.
Access to the venue is granted for the agreed start and end dates and times as specified at the time of booking.
All venue rentals must be paid in advance. Rates: 0–3 hrs at $50/hr · 4 hrs at $75 flat (includes set-up & take-down) · 8 hrs at $125 flat (includes set-up & take-down). Includes 1 hr set-up & 1 hr take-down; if more hrs are needed for setup & take-down, $25.00 per hour after the first hour.
Full refund if notified one week in advance. No refund for no-show or non-notification. Emergency cancellations will be considered.
Rental includes the Main Center, tables, white folding chairs, and restrooms. Padded chairs, kitchen access, and sound equipment are available at an additional fee. No access to the stage or equipment without prior approval.
The Renter is responsible for set-up and cleaning after the event. No decorations may be nailed or taped to walls without approval. The Landlord is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Set-up and take-down time is one hour before and after the event.
The Renter is fully liable for any and all damages to the property, furnishings, or equipment caused by the Renter or their guests during the rental period. True Word Ministries, dba We Care Community Center shall not be liable for any bodily or other injuries or damage that may occur at the facility. By signing the agreement, the Renter releases TWM from any and all injuries or damages and assumes full responsibility for all damages caused during the event.
True Word Ministries, dba We Care Community Center, is a Christian-based ministry. As such, we do not host events that include secular bands or dancing. Christian bands and music are welcomed. All entertainment and activities must align with our faith-based values. The Landlord reserves the right to review and decline any rental request that is not compatible with our statement of faith or ministry standards.
The venue shall not be used for any illegal activities. All alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. Any person suspected of possessing or using alcohol or illegal substances will be required to leave immediately, and law enforcement will be contacted. No firearms or weapons of any kind are permitted on the premises, including by individuals holding a concealed-carry permit. If security is needed for an event, it must be approved in advance through the venue Lessor. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. Any outside smoking must be at least 15 feet from the building and away from all door entrances, and all cigarette butts must be picked up and properly disposed of by the Renter and their guests.
Both parties must sign the agreement, acknowledging acceptance of all terms and conditions. A completed signed copy must be on file prior to the event date.
By booking a venue, both the Renter and True Word Ministries agree to all terms above. A signed copy is required before your event.
